Sam Sulek is just days away from his IFBB Pro League debut. On March 3, 2026, he showcased his final chest pump workout before competing at the 2026 Arnold Classic.

Sam Sulek rose to stardom before ever testing himself in bodybuilding. However, in 2025, everything changed. He made his amateur debut at the NPC Legends Classic and won Classic Physique Overall gold. From there, he was invited to partake in the Arnold Amateur event.

When he made it to Ohio, Sulek improved his conditioning and leg fullness, which led to the victory. Now, his sights are set on a dominant Pro debut, and all signs point to a strong performance coming.

In the video, Sulek touched on how he’s feeling mentally with prep practically completed.

“Show day is Friday, check-ins are Thursday. It’s time. It’s over. Every bit of body fat I was going to lose, every little bit of cardio that I could do to get my weight closer to being in shape and stage-ready and everything else… no more. No freaking more man. It’s the morning of the exam. You’ve studied all you can. There is no more. There is no more cramming.”

He emphasized that there’s nothing left to do, appearing at peace with what’s ahead.

“I mean, you might frantically scan your notes, but it’s essentially over. I do not see that as a bad thing. I could definitely see how somebody could take that as a buildup of pressure,” he said

Before calling it a day, Sulek showed off his progress with a physique update

Sulek has a who’s who of bodybuilding talent to deal with at the Arnold Classic. Reigning champion Mike Sommerfeld is the favorite to win. He came close to earning the Olympia title in second place back in 2024 and 2025. Additionally, fans expect solid showings from Wesley Vissers, Andrea Mammoli, and Matheus Menegate. The stakes are sky-high; the Classic Physique winner will secure an automatic qualification to the 2026 Mr. Olympia.

Sulek looks ready for action and more diced than ever before. Don’t miss Fitness Volt’s full coverage of the 2026 Arnold Classic from March 5-8 in Columbus, Ohio. From previews to prejudging and final breakdowns, we’ve got you covered for this historic weekend!
