As the 2019 Mr. Olympia competition quickly approaches, it is time for the athletes to put the finishing touches on their routines. Luke Sandoe is one such athlete, and he seems to be ready to go.
Luke Sandoe will be making his debut at the big show, with this year’s Mr. Olympia. Despite his inexperience on the Olympia stage, he has an enormous level of confidence. In fact, he has been talking trash to one of the top competitors, Nathan De Asha, to display how well he thinks he will do.
However, it is more than just talk for Luke Sandoe. He took Instagram to show off his amazing physique heading into the competition. It seems that two and a half weeks away from the event, he is very well prepared, as he is looking absolutely incredible.

“3 weeks out from the Mr. Olympia sitting at 269.2lbs (let’s say 270 because it sounds better 🤷🏻♂️). Got a solid rebound from Tampa and body weight is desperate to drop so things are without a doubt firing on all cylinders.
Biggest and leanest I’ve ever been, training has been great and @therealtechnician working his magic. You only get one first impression and one debut and fully intend on making it count 😊”
Here is the Instagram post
Luke Sandoe has been putting on some size to get himself ready, as he says he is weighing in at a lean 270lbs. Additionally, he references the Tampa Pro in the post, where he was not as successful as he would have liked. Moreover, he will be going head to head against the man who beat him, Dexter Jackson, at the upcoming Olympia.
Sandoe seems very intent to become the 2019 Mr. Olympia champion. However, he will have to take out some tough bodybuilders to get there. The aforementioned Jackson and De Asha, along with Brandon Curry, Roelly Winklaar, and more, will make for a tough Olympia victory.
Nevertheless, Luke Sandoe will be going into the competition well prepared. Win or lose, he is determined to make a respected name for himself, as a top bodybuilder in the world.
