1. Crossfit Bodyweight Workouts – Murph
For time:
1 mile Run (1.6 km)
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups

The Murph is labeled a Hero workout in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who died in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. In addition, this workout was made famous during the 2015 CrossFit Games. Score for time.

1 legless rope climb
60m sprint
The CrossFit Regionals featured a very challenging legless event. However, the entire workout consisted of just one exercise, legless rope climbs.

AMRAP for 20 minutes:
5 Handstand push-ups
