The 2021 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro takes place April 30th, at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Pennsylvania. This is the complete results and a recap of that competition.
The Pittsburgh Pro is just the first part of a whole weekend of exciting bodybuilding action in the ‘Burgh. In addition to the Pro show on Friday, Saturday, May 1st brings Jim Manion’s NPC Pittsburgh Championships, which displays the talent of up and coming amateur athletes.
While most bodybuilding shows in the current state of the world are being moved of canceled, Jim Manion’s main show will take place this year. 2020 saw the event canceled, but it picks up where it normally takes place this weekend.
As one of the biggest shows in the sport, the 2021 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro brings with it some of the best athletes in the sport. The winners in each weight class will automatically earn a qualification for the 2021 Mr. Olympia.
Bodybuilder began to show up to the arena on Friday morning for their mandatory check ins and to weigh in. There is no Open Division competition at this show, so the majority of competitors had a limit to hit in order to compete.
Then on Friday night, starting at 5:00pm EST (2:00pm PST), the athletes started taking the stage for prejudging, kicking off with the Men’s Physique. This concluded with the Bikini Division in the evening, with all the pro athletes competing.
