Amanda Lawrence is the 2019 IPF Open World Champion in the 84kg category, not to mention she won the Raw Nationals last year as well. Lawrence also holds the squat, deadlift, and total record in the 84kg class, so it’s safe to say she’s on a roll right now and we don’t expect her to slow down especially with the Sheffield 2020 Powerlifting Championships just around the corner.
Lawrence recently hit a massive 573lbs/260kg deadlift in training and then followed that up with 507lbs for 4×5.
Check out the deadlift below and click through the same post to see her do 507lbs/230kg x 5…

From what it looked like, Amanda Lawrence had a bit more in the tank with 573 pounds and we might expect an epic performance from her in March.
And she also has a huge squat too which was evident when she powered through 585 pounds in December 2018 which you can watch below…
Amanda Lawrence will have some tough competition though especially with Daniella Melo who beat her at the 2018 IPF World’s, although Lawrence came back with a vengeance and edged out Melo in 2019. But it’s going to be an exciting competition with a bit of rivalry going on and we’ll be sure to update you accordingly.
