Arnold Schwarzenegger is a former seven-time Mr. Olympia champion with a larger than life personality and at the age of 72, he has no interest in taking it easy. He still trains hard (Although not as heavy) and it’s no surprise seeing as he’s still one of the most prominent fitness icons, even in 2019.

But Arnold recently shared a throwback video on his Instagram where he’s absolutely killing the machine lat pull-downs. You can even hear him say,

You want me to keep going?… now I’m bored“.

The message read… “#TBT to checking on my back 3 days after that guy kicked me, referring to the guy who kicked him in the back pretty hard during the Arnold Classic South Africa in May. But thankfully, he walked away with no injuries.
