Mamdouh “Big RamyElssbiay may not be competing at the 2019 Mr. Olympia. Nevertheless, he is still staying in tip top physical condition all the same.

Big Ramy suffered a bit of a setback, when it was determined that he would not be able to compete at the 2019 Mr. Olympia. With all the craziness surrounding the event, it was likely that he was hoping to get his chance at a piece of the action. However, he does not want people forgetting about him, even though he is not taking part in this year’s competition.

Just a few days shy of the big event, Big Ramy posted a video to Instagram. In this video, you can see Elssbiay showing off various poses, after what can only be assumed was an intense gym session. During those poses, he looks unbelievable, c;early in great shape.

Big Ramy is looking jacked! His midsection is looking well-figured and toned. Additionally, he is showing some excellent symmetry.

While there were initial reports that Big Ramy was likely not going to compete at the Olympia, he recently did a guest posing that garnered some attention. Following that appearance, it was clear that he was still in great shape. Nevertheless, when he posted this video, he demonstrated a physique which genuinely be considered in competition.

It is yet unknown exactly where Big Ramy will be competing next. He previously expressed interest in competing at some point before the end of the year. Either way, it is nice to see him back in the gym, looking as jacked as ever before.
