1968 Olympia champions
- Men's Open Bodybuilding Sergio Oliva
A 212 Olympia title is counted on its own track and is not listed here, the same rule the rest of the site uses.
Top performers
| Athlete | Division | Contests won | Contests entered |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sergio Oliva | Men's Open Bodybuilding | 1 | 1 |
| Arnold Schwarzenegger | Men's Open Bodybuilding | 1 | 1 |
| Harold Poole | Men's Open Bodybuilding | 1 | 1 |
| John Citrone | Men's Open Bodybuilding | 1 | 1 |
| Jose Delgado | Men's Open Bodybuilding | 1 | 1 |
Counted in contests, not result rows: winning two classes at one show is one win. Where two athletes won the same number of contests, that year's Olympia champion is listed first.
