Bodybuilding Tools

Calculators that benchmark you against a real database of competitive bodybuilders, including Olympia champions, not generic averages.

463 athletes in the benchmark
73 Olympia division champions

Every tool here shares one benchmark engine: the bodybuilders in our database whose recorded height and weight both land in a plausible competing range for their division. The bound is set below the lightest real competing weight in each class, so lightweight pros stay in the comparison and only impossible figures, a decimal point in the wrong place, drop out. What is left is real athletes, never a generic average.

These tools analyze the athletes themselves, not you, drawing career peaks and division moves straight from the recorded contest results.

Tools Benchmarked Against Real Bodybuilders

Most physique calculators compare you to a textbook average. These tools compare you to the actual people in the sport.

Each one places your number against the same benchmark cohort: bodybuilders in the Fitness Volt database whose recorded height and weight both survive a plausibility check, including Olympia champions.

The comparison is grounded in real data rather than round figures.

The four tools answer different questions.

The database does not have measurements for every athlete, so each tool states exactly how large its benchmark sample is and never invents a number it cannot back with data. Where we lack the data to compare you fairly, we say so plainly rather than guess.
