The diet he recently shared is slightly different from his previous one. However, it serves the same purpose. Ten months out of 2022 Olympia, Bumstead is sitting at 255lbs and is getting bigger by the day.

Once again, this meal is prepared by Mega Fit meals and consists of:
- 6 oz chicken breast
- 2 cups white rice

He usually prefers carbohydrates over fats after the workout.

- 300 grams raw weight sweet potatoes
- Half avocado

Chris Bumstead prefers to fulfill his dietary requirements through whole foods rather than dietary supplements. However, he does not mind using supplements in addition to a nutrient dense healthy natural food diet.
