982×2 for a top set HOLY SHIITE! After 965×2, 916×2 lead up and a 943×2 drop set. Average load over 8 reps was 951…WORK!!! But damn this grind takes a mental and physical toll that is beyond explaining. But I said I will do it… so it will be. Song is Requiem For A Tower.
Chris goes on further to explain his strength goals for 2020, which include doing a 1000lbs squat for 3 reps! Now I can’t even begin to explain how insane that sounds and how rare doing something like that will be. Chris mentions that when he accomplishes that, it will a culmination of over 30 years of lifting and working with the best minds in the prehab/rehab industry.
All this at the age of 43 is nothing short of amazing! With the best crew having his back and the laser-sharp focus on his goal, there is no doubt that Chris Duffin will for sure be able to squat 1000lbs for a triple.
