Chris Hemsworth’s Upper Body Workout 

  • Dumbbell Incline Chest Press – 12 reps
  • Dumbbell Push-up – 10 reps
  • Rest 60 sec x 4 sets
  • Dumbbell Clean & Snatch – 10 reps each side Dumbbell Lat Raise – 12 reps
  • Rest 60 sec x 4 sets
  • Bicep Curl – 10 reps
  • Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks – 10 reps each side
  • Rest 60 sec x 3 sets
  • Slam Ball – 15 reps
  • Rest 30 sec x 3 sets
