Watch Daniel Bell Deficit Deadifts Impressive 815lbs/370kg In Training Session

Daniel Bell pulled some huge poundages but not without paying for it afterward

Daniel Bell is an elite powerlifter who holds the all-time total world record in wraps and sleeves. A little over a week ago, he squatted 500kg/1102lbs in gear which is simply gravity-defying!

Bell is known to deadlift over 900lbs which only select few are capable. So when he did an 815lb deficit deadlift in training, it’s equally as impressive. Although, he grated his hands in the process and he made that very clear.

These are Bell’s best numbers (squat, bench, deadlift, and total respectively) for those wondering…

  • 1063/573/881 2518 wraps
  • 1003/578/903 2485 sleeves
