This is now occurring once again, as Sunshine shared an inspirational message accompanied by a collection of her lifting weights in a bikini at the gym on her Instagram account.
Sunshine’s jaw-dropping physique at a relatively older age never ceases to amaze everyone who witnesses it. At first glance, she does not come across as someone who is in their 50s. The half-Dutch, half-Brazilian woman is also a grandmother but has not let anything hold her back in her pursuit of the fountain of youth. She believes maintaining a diet full of vegetables and protein is key as well as following a strict health and fitness routine.
Sunshine boasts a ripped six-pack abdomen and has detailed lower body muscle development. However, Andrea does not hold any secrets about her journey, as she talked about the lifestyle and diet behind her health. She credited eating more than 150 eggs every month to keeping her looking beautiful and staying fit. Her unwavering dedication to her diet and working out consistently throughout the year have given her the longevity she was looking for.
With long blonde hair and tattoos, Andrea gets a lot of attention when she is working out in the gym. Consequently, she opened up about how she often gets hit on by the younger male gym-goers. As flattering as that may seem, Andrea is not a fan of the advances, as she is there to focus on training and getting the best pump she can.

In a recent post uploaded on her Instagram account, Andrea Sunshine shared a series of photos of her lifting weights in the gym while wearing a bikini. She accompanied the collection with an inspirational message.
“Wait, before you judge my audacity if you would, let me tell you what that images represents. I know the first impression is someone that showing an ass. But that’s not enough, there’s much more behind the beautiful ass.
“Here’s the following, I am on my 50’s, right? So here we go, usually at that age, with all respect for all my gorgeous female friends that doesn’t have my lifestyle and commitments. Usually our body receive the aging transformation, as woman we are going through hormones conflicts during menopause and many others, like lack of collagen, elasticity, skin and vagina dryness, and so on. That’s part of game of life. However, in my case, as my own main choice. I got serious committed to Fitness, so I decrease these effects. Since my age of 15 when I lifted for the very first time my firsts weights, and has been increased in my maturity til a professional activity. So, now that this introduction is said, my point is, as much this ass is hot and well maintained.

Sunshine was sure that she wanted to wear a bikini to the gym as she likes to see her muscles getting pumped. However, it took her time to build up to doing it as she did not have the confidence to do it instantly.
Andrea Sunshine reportedly consumes 3,500 calories in six to eight meals for her daily intake. She prefers healthy snacks like leafy green vegetables and avoids sweeter veggies like carrots and pumpkin. She is a fan of sweet potatoes and makes sure to drink over a gallon (about 4 liters) of water every day.
