In preparation for the third installment of the Deadpool series set to premiere this July, Hugh Jackman got to work on his ripped physique. At 55 years old, Jackman made it hard for his co-star Ryan Reynolds to keep up. With intense leg day training and beastly core workouts, it’s no surprise the anti-hero struggled to keep the pace.

In a recent Instagram post, Jackman shared a glimpse at how he built his biceps when he was working on ‘becoming Wolverine again.’
