Bodybuilders follow a strict routine when it comes to diet and exercise but they often include a day to refuel on all their favorite foods as a reward for their progress. Recently, bodybuilder Jack Manchester shared a video on TikTok documenting his massive 17,000-calorie cheat day.
Along with Manchester, other fitness stars have shared their enormous cheat meals like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Brian Johnson, commonly known as Liver King. ‘The Rock’ has gone all out in the kitchen, preparing incredible breakfast spreads with some of his favorites like pancakes, eggs, and bacon. On another occasion, Dwayne Johnson tried In-N-Out for the first time taking out two double-doubles and two fries, dubbing it “a #cheatmealsunday for the history books!”
Liver King, on the other hand, likes to take things one step further when it comes to treating himself. He fills his mammoth table with fast food, whole pizzas, and desserts ranging from pop tarts to red velvet cake and finished it off with a 2-liter of Coke. Though it seems more than one person can eat, Liver King insists that as with his primal diet, no food goes to waste. Now, Jack Manchester is taking to social media to show off his eye-catching cheat day.
