Liver King The Rock Cheat Day

Fitness sensation Brian Johnson (well known as Liver King) finally took a break from eating raw meat. In a recent Instagram post, Liver King showed off a junk food feast and compared it to Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s cheat meals.

Liver King’s popularity in the fitness community grew rapidly due to his obscure all-meat diet, impressive physique, and a lifestyle he refers to as ancestral. He and his family live by nine ancestral tenets that influence their daily lives. These values center around community, family, health, and wellness. While advocating for this way of life, Johnson has encouraged others to switch to a carnivore-based diet and stressed that his physique was crafted naturally.

In response to his claims of being natural, popular podcast host Joe Rogan went on air and said he wasn’t falling for Johnson’s schtick. Rogan insisted that Johnson was using steroids to enhance his body. These insinuations fueled Johnson’s popularity but he continually denied using any performance-enhancing drugs.

Last year, Derek from YouTube’s More Plates More Dates, released leaked emails detailing Liver King’s steroid cycle and blood work. The shocking discovery led to Johnson issuing a public apology. He vowed to become natural and offered consistent updates on the new journey. In his latest endeavor, Johnson took part in an “overdue” cheat meal.

So why not have a little more junk too?

If @therock can get away with a f*cking mammoth cheat day every week… so can Liver King.

Double tap if you think this feast is goddam overdue.

*FYI no sub-Primal foods were discarded in the making of this video. Whole animal or whole pizza, same rule applies… nothing goes to waste.” Liver King wrote.

Johnson’s personal chef, Lionel had the following to say about the massive cheat meal:

“We made Liver King an impossible burger with ingredients; this is burgers made from all vegetables and from ingredients you can’t pronounce and you never heard of before so you know it’s good for you.

To accompany this, we’re going to have fast food fried chicken sandwiches, those are going to be fried in all the seed oils you can think of so you know it’s great for your body. We’re going to accompany this with our desert, which is donuts, we have some Nutter Butters, brownies, Pop Tarts, Whole Beast cookies, the last two desserts are our red velvet cake [pizza], with coke that’s filled with preservatives,” says Liver King’s chef.

Fans have also taken notice of some of The Rock’s hefty meals. He consumed a high-calorie coconut pancake breakfast and said he prefers more nutrient-dense foods on leg days. The Rock’s followers also highlighted another huge breakfast he had consisting of eggs, bacon, cornbread muffins, and Hawaiian biscuits.

The last time fans heard from Johnson he checked in ‘natty AF’ at 58 days with a shredded abdomen. While fans are unsure if he’s actually maintaining his physique without steroids, they were impressed nonetheless with his low body fat percentage and vascularity.

This is not where we should take the example from the Rock. I should have been more careful about my drug use.
