“I get a million questions about routine and I am going to answer this question today for you guys Cutler’s Nutrition. When is the best time to take your supplements? In the morning.”
Cutler also shared what he is currently taking and showed how he keeps it all organized.
“As you know I have a crazy routine where I have a long list of supplements I take; a probiotic, I take a multivitamin, I take glucose disposal, I take all the B complex, I take Curcumin, I take D3, I take Krill Oil, which is a necessity, so you see how I have them all lined up here” Cutler shared.
“This is my hair, my Finasterides. You youngsters don’t have to worry about that as much but every morning I take those in the middle of breakfast. Now, supplements, I think are always taken best in the middle of.”
