Fitness model and influencer Jeff Seid is turning heads after recent progress photos went viral. In an Instagram post, Seid showcased his shredded body, prompting fans in the comment section to question why he has drastically downsized.
As one of the youngest competitors in bodybuilding history to earn a Pro card (19 years old) in Men’s Physique, Jeff Seid has commanded huge audiences since his arrival into adulthood. He has also graced the Mr. Olympia stage a handful of times, where he routinely sported impressive muscle density and conditioning. Jeff Seid also authored the book “Guide to Aesthetics.”
Seid quickly proved himself as a Pro, having participated in contests such as the 2012 Emerald Cup. In 2013, he entered the Tampa Pro, Europa Super Show, Valenti Gold Cup (1st), and took 11th at the Mr. Olympia. Then, in 2014, he maintained a busy season, competing at the Europa Show of Champions, Greater Gulf States, the Prestige Crystal Cup Pro, Tampa Pro, Dallas Pro, and Mr. Olympia (13th).

Fans took to Seid’s comment section to give their thoughts on his physique. While some believe these photos indicated he was off performance-enhancing drugs, others took notice of the lack of volume in his legs.
Always up for trying out new diets and training regimens, fans are accustomed to seeing Seid’s physique change significantly. In 2022, he offered an inside look into his bulking diet, which he says was comprised of eating 5,000 calories a day. However, the dirty bulk left him ‘fat,’ adding that his blood pressure ‘went through the roof’ following his change in nutrition.
With ‘natty or not’ debates raging in the fitness and bodybuilding communities, Jeff Seid found himself in the crosshairs of retired IFBB Pro Seth Feroce as of late. Feroce, a former 212 standout, examined 12 of fitness’ most popular influencers, one of which was Jeff Seid. He assessed the model’s physique and ultimately determined that he wasn’t natural based on the pictures he looked at.

While his last bodybuilding contest came at the 2016 Mr. Olympia (he did not place), Jeff Seid hasn’t slowed down since stepping away from the stage. He might not boast the same mass he held as a Pro, but there’s no denying the impressive level of dryness and conditioning he displayed in his most recent update.
