  • Calories – 1,553
  • Protein – 118 Grams

“So, breakfast, plain Greek yogurt, and orange juice, it’s as much plain Greek yogurt as I can get diluted into the orange juice,” shares Hooper. “I am to eat one of those tubs every day. It’s really good for your gut health, really good macronutrients, get your protein in.”

“I love raisin bread. Some protein balls, which have some white chocolate chips, chia seeds, oats, and protein powder in them.”

“Yes. The milk came out of a bag. Deal with it. This is meal number one. Relatively light for breakfast and then we will kick into our day.”

Meal Two:

  • Monster Mash: 8oz Lean Beef, 2 Cups White Rice, Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice, ¾ Cup Greek Yogurt

Macros:

  • Calories – 1,361
  • Protein – 91 Grams
  • Fat – 40 Grams
  • Carbohydrates – 91 Grams

Created by Stan Efferding, Hooper demolished a helping of monster mash for his second meal.

“The monster mash is really good with the beef broth because it just makes the food… I hesitate to say it but a little bit moist. The less you can chew, the less full you’re going to feel. There’s processes in the body, where chewing, the process actually makes you feel full. Also, the faster you eat the less full you’ll feel.”

Meal Three: Post- Workout Shake

  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 3oz Banana
  • 3oz Strawberry
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

Macros:

  • Calories – 418
  • Protein – 40 Grams
  • Fat – 7 Grams
  • Carbohydrates – 47 Grams

Hooper enjoyed a protein shake for his post-workout meal before moving on to something more substantial.

Meal Four:

  • Monster Mash: 8oz Lean Beef, 2 Cups White Rice, Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice, ¾ Cup Greek Yogurt

Macros:

  • Calories – 1,361
  • Protein – 91 Grams
  • Fat – 40 Grams
  • Carbohydrates – 91 Grams

Hooper replicated his monster mash meal for number four, which he says is an easy way to eat 1,200-1,300 calories in one sitting.

“Now, it is meal number four, this is a repeat of meal number two, so back to monster mash. Yogurt and OJ and yeah, that’s it. I find this not really hard to get through. It’s just really easy to eat 12 to 1,300 calories.”

“An hour till dinner. I’ve got to get moving. Kids, don’t listen to your parents. Swim right after you eat, it feels better that way. I’m going off to the pool for my movement post-meal to play a little pool basketball.”

Meal Five:

  • 8oz Chicken
  • Red Sauce
  • 3oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 300 Grams Roasted Potatoes
  • “Handful” of Asparagus

Macros:

  • Calories – 1,239
  • Protein – 87 Grams
  • Fat – 100 Grams
  • Carbohydrates – 90 Grams

His final meal was prepared by his wife which was a chicken-based dish with vegetables.

“Fifth and final meal,” shares Hooper. “My lovely, beautiful, sexy wife, Ashley, cooked this up.”

Late Night Snack:

  • Banana Bread

Macros:

  • Calories – 340

“I’m human and made some banana bread. So banana bread, then I’m done, sweet dreams. That is my full day.”

Total Full Day of Eating Macros:

  • Calories – 6,272
  • Protein – 440 Grams
  • Fat – 239 Grams
  • Carbohydrates – 533 Grams

Mitchell Hooper isn’t afraid to strike up a dialogue with anyone in the fitness sector, including bodybuilder/ powerlifter Stan Efferding. They sat down to discuss the intricacies of nutrition, dirty bulking, and supplement intake, making his latest full day of eating all the more valuable to his fans.

After demolishing over 6,000 calories, it’s clear Mitchell Hooper needs a significant amount of fuel to prepare for Strongman contests. Don’t miss his next performance in less than two weeks when he attempts to earn the 2024 Strongest Man on Earth title!
