Patrick Moore is looking to have a massive performance at the 2020 Arnold Classic. In order to do so, he has pulled out all the stops, and started working with Phil Heath.
Moore is an extremely promising bodybuilder, who has only been a pro since 2018. However in that time, he has really turned heads, with many people considering him to be a potential future Olympia champ. Therefore he has something to prove, when he takes the stage for the first time in 2020, at the Arnold Classic this March.
Ahead of the event, Moore has been looking pretty solid. He has provided updates of his gym sessions, where he appears to be putting things together. Nevertheless, there has still been a ton of room for him to grow, and areas of his package that still need work.
What better way for Patrick Moore to work on his game, than to work with bodybuilding legend Phil Heath? Heath may not have won the Arnold Classic, but he does hold 7 Olympia wins, so he knows what it takes to be elite. He decided to pass some of that knowledge on to Patrick, working with him in the gym recently, to prepare for contest.
Check out some videos of their session together:

The first video shows Moore flexing, and posing, looking incredibly jacked. Then, you get to see Heath doing some bicep curls, and as always his arms look enormous. Finally, the last clip shows the two of them together, with Patrick working his legs, and Phil watching over his shoulder. Something about this moment honestly feels like the passing of the torch, from one generation’s best, to who could perhaps be the next up.
Time will tell how this work with Phil Heath will improve the way Patrick Moore will perform at the Arnold Classic. However it is hard to imagine that this does not do at least something to help him take things to the next level.
