The eight-time Mr. Olympia champion Ronnie Coleman has sure had his ups and downs having to undergo multiple back surgeries following his illustrious career. But things are really starting to look up for him and quite often he updates up with either his training progress while also sharing a message of inspiration or talking about his book.

Coleman also shared an older photo where he was at his biggest and the caption read…

“I finally got my legs to catch up with my arms but I had to quit training arms for 2 years. So that meant I could train legs twice a week. That meant squatting 2 times a week. I think I made the right decision.

What you guys think, was it worth it. Now I know what you guys gonna ask, was it worth it. My question to you, is pig penis pork? I guess that answers all questions pertaining to any questions asked.”
