“Six days, yeah. I train chest twice a week, back twice a week, legs once a week,” he shared. “Not [hitting legs] like I used to. I still got that disc problem in my back. And I got a lot of tissue I need to figure out how to get rid of it. That’s what’s keeping me from walking.”

Jonathan Majors has gone to great lengths to ensure his physique was up to snuff to play a ripped bodybuilder. He recently walked fans through his 6,100-calorie diet, which he followed for four consecutive months to pack on the necessary mass for the role. He also explained that he was forced to train three times a day to transform his body for the character.

Majors’ time working out with Ronnie Coleman was well spent and he left the gym exhausted. His film, Magazine Dreams has an official release date of March 21, 2025, according to IMDB.
