Ronnie Coleman has been through a lot over the past few years, having to undergo multiple spine surgeries following his illustrious career where he dominated the Open bodybuilding scene; winning a record 8 Mr. Olympia titles (1998-2005).
And at one point, Coleman was on the brink of never being able to walk again. But fast forward to June 2019 and he trained legs for the first time since the beginning of the year. And ever since then, he’s been updating us with his training progress.
So, Ronnie Coleman recently posted a video of him performing pec dec flys to finish his chest workout and the legend is still going at it with full intensity, wearing a shirt with his famous quote “light weight baby”…
“Just another Lightweight chest workout. I did do 3 exercises of dumbbells before my last exercise here on the pec dec.
Just doing what I have to do to stay in shape.

Despite all of the setbacks, Ronnie Coleman is still very much involved in the fitness community. He travels the world, promotes his supplement brand, and even has a new book out called “Blood, Sweat, and Muscles”.
And there’s no way in heck anything or anyone is stopping the legend from smashing the weights either!
