Birmingham, England served as the epicenter for bodybuilding action last weekend at the 2024 Arnold Classic UK. In between handing out awards to the show’s winners, Arnold Schwarzenegger managed to get a blood-pumping workout in with fellow former seven-time Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath.

This year’s Arnold Classic UK contest delivered the goods; 2024 Arnold Classic titleholder Hadi Choopan and Samson Dauda traded blows after their thrilling encounter in Columbus, Ohio. With Choopan taking home another major title, Arnold Schwarzenegger watched from the sidelines, blown away by the champion’s dry conditioning.

Schwarzenegger always makes time for fans at his annual events and never misses a workout. With no shortage of training partners to choose from, Schwarzenegger tapped the seven-time Olympia-winning Phil Heath (2011-2017) to pump iron with. Sporting a combined 14 Mr. Olympia titles between the pair, Heath and Schwarzenegger gave the Arnold UK Expo a big show.

“When 14 Mr. Olympias walk into the @arnoldexpouk…💪” Schwarzenegger wrote.

Even though Phil Heath has remained steadfast in his decision to stay away from competing, fans can’t help but call for his comeback, including his predecessor, former four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler. While Heath had previously teased that he would return to the stage for a substantial payday, he appears content living a life of retirement.

In addition to Heath, ‘The Austrian Oak’ has also lifted weights in the company of bodybuilding icon Ronnie Coleman. During the epic session, Schwarzenegger underlined the importance of having training partners that can push us to the next level. Coleman’s reign was before Heath’s era, which saw ‘The King’ rack up eight wins (tied with Lee Haney for the all-time record) from 1998-2005.
