Bodybuilder Seth Feroce is known for his brash attitude and his truck rants YouTube series exemplifies that. Taking to a recent video, Feroce discussed how younger fans perceive testosterone replacement therapy, highlighting a few misconceptions about the regimen. In addition, Feroce underlined that steroid use is a personal choice and gave his thoughts on Trenbolone, an infamously powerful compound.
For as long as bodybuilding has been around, performance-enhancing drugs and steroids have been a measure many athletes have taken in pursuit of their ultimate physique. While there are obvious muscle-building and performance benefits to steroids, there are also considerable health risks associated with long-term use.
Following the death of the late Cedric McMillan last year, fans and bodybuilders alike were concerned about the state and direction of the sport. One of which was former 212/Open bodybuilding sensation Seth Feroce. To warn up-and-coming talents of the dangers associated with PEDs, Feroce made it clear using these compounds could cause death.
Now, Feroce is back to give his thoughts on a range of topics related to PEDs. From TRT dosages to side effects caused by Trenbolone, the retired Pro gave everyone a piece of his mind in his latest venture on YouTube.

Seth Feroce Talks TRT, Steroids, and Trenbolone
Feroce started the rant by explaining that TRT dosages vary depending on the person.
“Are you really on TRT or are you just taking a low dose of test? Because I think you’re just taking a low dose of test. Because that’s what TRT is! And/or people will be like oh I’m taking a TRT dose, oh okay, what dose is that? Because you know TRT is different for everybody pretty much. I’s not just 200 migs across the board or 250.”
While bodybuilders used a ‘blast and cruise’ method for PEDs, Feroce believes athletes today follow a ‘blast and TRT’ protocol.
“We change the terminology from back in the day it was like blasting and cruising and now it’s like blasting or TRT. It’s not TRT if you’re still fucking blasting stuff everybody, it’s not, you’re not allowed to say that.”
He added that youngsters and people of influence do not like to talk about steroids because of their negative connotations.
“I get there is a negative connotation along with steroids and a lot of people don’t want to feel the fucking heat from it.
The youngsters and people have a strong influence on younger people and there are more people than ever lifting weights and I think it’s fucking great. I love it.”
Even though Feroce has issued grave warnings about PED use, he believes that it’s a personal decision and it shouldn’t matter what other people think.
“It’s a personal decision. If anyone tries to tell you what to do with your life, the one you’re living, you can tell them to fuck off. Suck your dick it’s my fucking life, it’s a personal choice. It’s up to do with your life what you want. If anybody bashes you for it look them dead in the eye and say fuck you.”
Feroce stressed that for those who do use steroids, ‘you’re not allowed to cry about it’ when undesired effects occur.
“If you do decide to do them and some bad shit fucking happens, you don’t get to fucking cry about it. You’re not allowed to cry about it. You knew the consequences going into this fucking shit.”
Additionally, Feroce underlined that it’s not TRT for someone who just came off cycle.
“Steroids versus TRT…youngsters, it’s not TRT if you just got off of a cycle. You are just on a low dose of testosterone. You can say that. I’m on a low dose of test. That’s okay. Anybody that tells you that you’re a piece of shit for being honest, fuck them.”
“There are youngsters that have a strong influence on people that go out and say, yes I take stuff, but I’m not going to tell you what I take because I don’t want you to take the same thing I’m taking because they know they know that’s how most people are.”
Lastly, Feroce took a closer look at Trenbolone, a popular compound known as harsh by many in the bodybuilding community.
“You’re taking Tren… tren will literally fucking, you literally can smell someone on tren. Oh yeah, you’re taking tren now? Yeah dude I am, how did you know. You got that smell to you bud, I can smell it on your breath. It’s true. How fucking crazy is that.”
“The tren cough, what’s the tren cough? Oh, it’s this like fucking crazy wild metallic taste you get in your mouth during whenever you are injecting Trenbolone into your shoulders or arms, you can feel it. You start feeling it in your throat and then you get this ungodly cough that you can’t stop coughing, a coughing fit and the whole time it tastes like metal,” said Seth Feroce.
Seth Feroce isn’t the only high-profile bodybuilder to discuss the harm caused by Trenbolone. Reigning five-time Classic Physique Olympia Chris Bumstead has mentioned in the past that Trenbolone was the only compound that he was afraid of and described it as one of the most toxic.
Meanwhile, former seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath also discussed Trenbolone, mentioning that he refused to use it and insulin throughout his decorated bodybuilding career. However, some talents such as Nathan De Asha prefer to use the compound year-round.
Given Seth Feroce’s experience in the sport, it’s always fascinating to hear his opinions regarding PED use. He hopes his video can shine a light on the differences between cycles and using TRT to stabilize testosterone levels.
