This was the recipe for success for The King, Ronnie Coleman, on his route to winning eight straight Mr. Olympia contests from 1998-2005.

Ronnie Coleman is one of the most successful bodybuilders in history was known for working 8 hours every day as a police officer but still putting the work in the gym and crushing it. He won the Mr. Olympia competition 8 times.
