Key Ingredients

  • 1½ cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoop whey protein
    * Use weight gainer Whey Protein + Complex Carbs + for maximum muscle gains
  • 1 fistful chopped mangoes
  • 1 fistful chopped strawberries

Serves: One

How To Prepare

Add coconut water and banana in the blender and blend until smooth. Then add mangoes, strawberries, and whey protein. Blend again for 30 seconds. Add ice for a cooling effect. A great after workout protein shake is ready.
