The 2023 Arnold Classic is taking place from March 2-5, in Columbus, Ohio. This weekend, the Fitness division took center stage and battled for gold. Ariel Khadr has won her second straight 2023 Arnold Fitness International title after a close battle with Jaclyn Baker.

Prejudging for the Fitness category took place on Friday afternoon from 12 P.M to 2 P.M. The finals for the event occurred later that day from 7 P.M. to 9 P.M. It was an exciting show that saw many top contenders from last year vie for supremacy. At the contest, Ariel Khadr looked to cement herself as a two-time champion.

She faced a number of top tier threats in the Fitness category over the course of the show. Heading into March, fans expected a battle between Khadr, as well as standouts, Oksana Grishina, Jaclyn Baker, and Michelle Fredua-Mensah.

During prejudging, defending champion Ariel Khadr displayed an astounding level of conditioning. After a few call outs, fans expect the finals to be determined in a battle between Jaclyn Baker and Khadr. In the end, Ariel Khadr successfully defended her title and is now a two-time Arnold Classic Fitness International champion.
