The 2023 Korea AGP Pro took place in Gyeonggi State, Korea on September 2, where Classic Physique athletes from the IFBB Pro League took part in an epic contest. This show was a 2023 Mr. Olympia qualifier.
Competitors have until October 9 to secure their spots on the sport’s greatest stage. The 2023 Mr. Olympia competition will head to Orlando, Florida once again later this year from November 2-5. In addition, the marquee event will be housed inside the Orange County Convention Center.
Athletes wasted no time jumping on stage. The Classic Physique division only seems to have grown in popularity over recent years, and with that, so has the level of competition. Following a very intense battle in Korea, Shi Tian Wang walked away with the big win. He is now qualified to stand against the reigning four-time Classic Physique Olympia Chris Bumstead later this year.

Heading into prejudging, Mikhail Timoshin and Shi Tian Wang stood out with conditioned upper bodies. Timoshin entered the contest with momentum after recently taking second place at the 2023 Sheru Classic India Pro. Meanwhile, Wang’s last appearance saw him earn a runner-up spot at the 2023 Tokyo Pro. After a heated on-stage battle, Shi Tian Wang secured gold! Mikhail Timoshin finished second and Li-Hsuan Liu claimed third place.
