Bench Press is a very common exercise but could be dangerous if performed recklessly. A lot of people injured each year by dropping the bar on their face, throat or chest during the Bench Press exercises.

If you’re going to do bench press do it properly, it will help you build rock solid-pecs, delts, and triceps, in other words, gain immense upper body strength.
