5. Protein Bars
When you don’t have time or feeling lazy to make a meal after the gym yet, you still want to have something. Keep some protein bars as a quick fix, but be smart with your choice of a protein bar. Make sure your protein bar shouldn’t be packed with too much sugar or sodium. Anway it won’t destroy your gains, but it’s best not to make it into a habit.
