Ronnie Coleman is back on his feet

Finally… Ronnie Coleman is back on his feet and walking again!

The king of the bodybuilding is back! The 53-year old bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman has been battling through a series of major surgeries over the past few years. For a man who’s spent much of his life as a 300-pound mass monster pumping iron every day, being confined to hospitals and not able to even walk properly has been really hard on Ronnie.

Last week Ronnie underwent his 10th Back surgery to fix 4 broken screws in his BACK. A day after the surgery, Ronnie shared an update on his Instagram saying ‘the surgery went successfully’! But like many other fans, I was also wondering what exactly that really means, he’s already being put through 10 major surgeries in the hope that he wouldn’t have to go under the knife again. Will this latest surgery be any different???

But just two days after the surgery, Ronnie shared an Instagram update, happily walking and smiling!

Very few men can handle what Ronnie has gone throw (I mean ten major surgeries) and still appears to be in good spirits and always smiling!

“Two days after surgery and it’s a miracle that I can walk.

Normally I’m on my way to rehab so they can help me to learn to walk again. This is the best I’ve felt after my last 3 surgeries.

God is truly blessing me this time around because he know that I definitely need the inspiration because lately I’ve been semi-depressed after all my surgeries. This is so amazing and I know some of you guys praying for me has a lot to do with this.

I’m really in a state of shock because after the same results after the same surgery you kinda get use to being not able to walk and come to expect it.

Thanks to each and everyone who prayed because it honestly and truly worked this time. God knows me way better than I know me and I’m overwhelmed with excitement and enjoyment.

I am so much looking forward to seeing the day where no crutches or walkers is required. Hopefully that day comes sooner rather than later. “

The full recovery takes a certain level of grit and determination and to walking unassisted once again, Ronnie Coleman still has to go through a long road to recovery and slowly battle back to his normal condition! Ronnie is truly a warrior and an inspiration. Very few can even hope to possess the strength of spirit that seems to come so naturally to Ronnie Coleman. He is an unstoppable beast just like Flex wrote:

“I’m telling you there’s no quit in this man! All hail the King.” – Flex Wheeler.

We send our best wishes to King Coleman and hope to see him back on his feet again soon!
