Michal Krizo is gearing up for his next outing which will take place in November. In a recent Instagram post, Krizo showed off his massive physique just 10 weeks before he competes at the 2023 Olympia.
Soaring to the top, the Slovakian bodybuilder accomplished an inconceivable amount of work in just one year. In 2022, Michal Krizo switched from the IFBB Elite Pro League to the NPC and proved himself to be a serious threat with mass and fullness. With momentum and the bodybuilding world talking about him, Krizo took to the stage at the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy and won his Pro Card.
Michal Krizo made his Pro debut at 2022 EVLS Prague Pro, claiming first place and qualifying for 2022 Olympia. Then, Krizo’s gumption saw him place 12th at the biggest show of the year, an epic conclusion to such a busy season.

After taking time to rest and recover, Michal Krizo recently obliterated a workout that targeted the back and biceps which has been his main focus leading into this year’s Olympia. With only 10 weeks before showtime, Michal Krizo shared a hands-on-hip most muscular pose update on Instagram.
Determined to achieve razor-sharp conditioning, Krizo looks to be on track for another amazing event. Michal has even caught the attention of Samir Bannout, an established Men’s Open competitor and former Mr. Olympia, who believes Krizo to be a legitimate top contender within the category.
In addition, Samir Bannout has also suggested that Krizo seek out posing guidance from the former three-time Mr. Olympia Frank Zane. Fans and Bannout alike agree that if Krizo’s posing improves drastically, he’ll be an even bigger threat when it’s time to step on stage.
Known for getting into rivalries with fellow competitors such as Nick Walker, Blessing Awodibu, and Iain Valliere, who are also top Men’s Open pros, Krizo will come face to face with his adversaries to battle for the supremacy this November 3-5 in Orlando, Florida.
