Agata Sitko (76KG) Crushes Three Unofficial IPF World Records at the 2024 FFForce Girl Power

Agata Sitko has had an incredible rise in the powerlifting community, reaching the top in a very short time. She is now continuing to dominate her rivals, as seen at the 2024 FFForce Girl Power, which took place on October 19th in Saint-Germain-En-Laye, France. Moreover, apart from winning the show, Agata also Unofficially broke three IPF World Records in the 76-kilogram weight class.

Agata Sitko had mixed emotions about her performance at the 2024 FFForce Girl Power. She was pleased with the lifts that she achieved but also disappointed that she had three unsuccessful attempts. This shows that Agata holds herself to the highest standard imaginable, which will lead to great success.

Squat

Agata Sitko’s squat session started off well, as she breezed through the first two attempts, the heavier of which came out to 205 kilograms (451.9 pounds). However, she hoped to tie her competition PR on the final attempt with a lift of 210 kilograms (463 pounds). She was unfortunately unable to do so on the day.

Bench Press

The bench press was a completely different story since Agata Sitko thrives in this event. She encountered a hiccup on the second attempt, missing a lift at 157.5 kilograms (347.2 pounds). That, however, did not stop Agata from crushing a 160-kilogram (352.7-pound) bench press Unofficial IPF World Record on her final attempt.

Deadlift

The final event brought one of the most insane lifts that Agata Sitko has ever achieved. Namely, on the final attempt, Agata managed to deadlift 262 kilograms (577.6 pounds) for an Unofficial World Record. She achieved the lift with a sumo stance and a mixed grip.

The significance of this deadlift is that it unofficially exceeds the IPF World Record set by none other than Jessica Buettner. She was known for her deadlift dominance, which shows the level that Agata has managed to achieve already.

This was Agata Sitko’s 30th sanctioned powerlifting appearance and her 20th victory. She has achieved nearly everything in powerlifting, standing on top of the podium at both the IPF World Championships and EPF European Championships, as well as taking the win in the 2024 IPF Sheffield Powerlifting Championships. Despite all that, Agata is continuing to improve with the goal of cementing her legacy in powerlifting.
