Lineup Overview
Luke Stoltman is coming into the 2026 Britain’s Strongest Man as the defending champion, having won the competition in 2025. He is one of the biggest figures in Strongman that often needs no introduction. However, some of his greatest successes are winning Europe’s Strongest Man two times, being a 10x World’s Strongest Man competitor, and being a true force to be reckoned with on any type of overhead pressing event.
His brother, Tom Stoltman, boasts an even more incredible resume, as he has won the World’s Strongest Man three times. Moreover, Tom has also won three editions of the Britain’s Strongest Man competition and hopes to reclaim the title in 2026.
One of their biggest rivals will be Luke Richardson. Regarded as the Strongman with the most potential, Luke’s rise to success was often limited by injuries. However, when he comes in healthy, Luke is capable of beating anyone in the world. He made that clear by winning the 2020 and 2025 Europe’s Strongest Man competitions.

Adam Bishop has also stood atop the podium at Britain’s Strongest Man in 2020 and 2023. So, he is also hopeful of claiming gold by beating the likes of Stoltmans, Richardson, and others. Adam’s biggest strength is his pulling power, as he is always the biggest favorite to take the win in deadlift events.
Graham Hicks is another returning Britain’s Strongest Man champion, having won the competition back in 2019. He has since achieved many incredible results, with his favorite event also being the deadlift.
Paddy Haynes had a breakthrough in 2025, making appearances in many elite shows, including the World’s Strongest Man and Rogue Invitational. So, with that experience under his belt, Paddy hopes to contend for the title at the 2026 Britain’s Strongest Man. He is one of the fittest Strongman athletes. So, depending on the events, Paddy could definitely rack up some points.
However, the remaining athletes also earned their invites to the 2026 Britain’s Strongest Man by winning or performing well at other major competitions. So, perhaps one of them is preparing to surprise everyone and beat the aforementioned Strongmen to claim the title.
