It’s hunting season for bodybuilder Quinton Eriya, and his eyes are locked on an Olympia qualification. In a YouTube video from May 10, 2026, he shared a 3,437-calorie full day of eating five weeks from the Toronto Pro.

“Let me show you guys what I’m eating to get shredded.”

Boasting aesthetics, shape, and proportions, Eriya has the attributes needed to dominate the sport. In 2025, he competed at a total of five Pro events, starting with a runner-up finish at the Tampa Pro. At the Texas and Italy Pro, he took home top-three finishes.

He came incredibly close to his first win of the season after a showdown with Urs Kalecinski at the Europa Pro. While he presented a fuller, more complete package than in previous outings, Eriya didn’t have the conditioning needed to claim gold.

In his final appearance of the year, he secured another impressive second-place finish at the France Pro. Looking ahead, Eriya plans to make a statement in Canada to compete at the Mr. Olympia for the first time in his career.

Quinton Eriya’s Full Day of Eating Ahead of the 2026 Toronto Pro

Find his meals from the video below:

Meal 1: Pre-Workout

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop of whey iso
  • 100 grams of cream of rice
  • 1 banana

After 40 minutes on the treadmill, Eriya started his day with cream of rice and a protein shake.

“This is the first meal. Got a protein shake. Just got done with 40 hard minutes on the treadmill. Safe to say I earned my food here.”

“Still starving, I want more food, man, but it ain’t about that. It ain’t about what I want. It’s about what I need to do, and I need to keep pushing.”

Meal 2

  • 230 grams of steak
  • 350 grams of rice
  • 5 grams of olive oil
  • 1 can of zero-sugar Orange Crush soda

Despite a lack of mental energy, he pushed through his workout and refueled with steak.

“It’s one of them days. At the end of the day, I just don’t have the mental energy for nothing today. I’m just here to work. I’m just here to work. That’s all I’m going to do. I’m going to get straight to it but I don’t want to say I’m in a bad mood. I’m not in a bad mood; I’m just whatever.”

Meal 3

  • 230 grams of chicken
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 5 grams of olive oil

Noticing a dip in his energy levels, he took a nap after his third meal.

“I actually passed out. I had a crazy nap. Passed out for an hour, but you’ll see on the video, your boy was tired.”

Meal 4

  • 2 scoops of whey iso
  • 80 grams of cream of rice
  • 10 grams of almond butter

Eriya moved on, enjoying another protein shake paired with cream of rice.

“Everything is good,” shared Eriya. “Now it’s time to go to another gym. This morning I woke up, it’s not in this video, but I went to Crunch and did my cardio there.”

 Meal 5

  • 230 grams of beef
  • 100 grams of rice
  • 75 grams of avocado

For his final helping of the day, he took down a small serving of beef and rice.

“You’re probably wondering why it doesn’t look like much because it’s not much.”

“We are pushing hard getting ready for a show, let’s do it. We got a show to win.”

Eriya has been training in good company over the last several months. He recently linked up with 2024 Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda for a chest and calves workout. Dauda shared pointers with Eriya throughout the training session.

Eriya knows that day-to-day discipline and sacrifice could dictate the outcome in his next show. The 2026 Toronto Pro is scheduled for June 14 in Toronto, Canada.
