Big Ramy has been doing some serious work to prepare for his return to bodybuilding. He recently showed off some gym work that made it look like he never took time off.

Nevertheless, Big Ramy has decided to make a big comeback in 2020, competing at the Arnold Classic in March. This announcement has been met with widespread excitement. The closer the competition gets, the more the anticipation has become easy to feel.

Part of what makes fans so excited, are the updates Ramy has been providing along the way. He is constantly giving glimpses into his preparation, and each time seems better than the last. This continued with his most recent gym footage, posted to YouTube. Here he hits a variety of leg exercises, including a mind bending 1,700lb leg press.

Ramy goes hard on all sorts of things throughout the season. Although what truly stands out, is when he takes to the leg press. Not only did he manage to crush 1,700lb pounds for multiple reps, but that was his last stop on a superset. He started off light, and began adding more weight, until he couldn’t fit any more plates.

Ramy has had no shortage of awesome showings in the gym recently. As a result, he has the bodybuilding world wondering if he could get the win in Columbus, Ohio. With work like this, he certainly seems primed to do so.

If he is successful here, this would be the second time Ramy has won the Arnold Classic. Moreover, it is his first competition since the 2018 Mr. Olympia. Therefore it will be interesting to see how he looks, regardless of if he can get the victory.

Big Ramy looks to be in phenomenal condition leading up to the Arnold Classic. With just under 8 weeks to go until the March 7th contest, he still has more time to improve.
