57kg powerlifting champ Brittany Suplicki has really stepped her game ho recently. That was evident again, after a recent session she had in training.
At just 25 years of age, and just three years into her powerlifting career, we have still got a lot to learn about the skills of Suplicki. However what we have seen so far has been nothing short of impressive, even compared to the other young powerlifters in the world right now. Things were beginning to turn for her late last year, when she got second at the RAW Nationals, but she really turned a corner in March, when she won the Arnold Classic Powerlifting Championships.
With momentum on her side, Brittany Suplicki has been turning things up in training, in order to keep getting better. This was quite evident recently, when she posted to her Instagram. Here she shared a training session that resulted in a 285lb squat, 225lb bench press, and 415lb deadlift.
“🤷🏼♀️I’ve gone back and forth on posting this but why not
✌️We out here working @mustachefitness
💪Had a good training week this week and am loving all this time to just work on my lifts and enjoy training.
📉I love the process.

What is most impressive about this performance is not just the sheer weight she was able to move. Brittany managed to exceed all three of her competition best, proving that the work she has been doing is paying off. That being said, when you consider how hard she has been working, particularly with her deadlifts, all of these numbers start to make more sense.
There is still a lot to see about Brittany Suplicki and her skills as a powerlifter. After all, she only has five major contests to her name. However there can be no denying how skilled she already appears to be, and the fact that she is only getting better.
