Being stuck at home as long as a lot us have been can make doing the same at home workouts boring and tedious. However Chris Bumstead has offered a training program you can do with resistance bands, which will spice up your workout routine.

Bumstead is no stranger to needing to constantly hit the gym and exercise, given that he is one of the best Classic Physique bodybuilders in the world today. Being the level of athlete that can place in the top three of the Olympia three times, means that a high level of dedication is needed. Not to mention, when he finally won last year, he looked sensational, even if it was an extremely close and controversial contest.

However with things being as complicated as they are in the world right now, it can be difficult to fully train. Therefore Chris Bumstead was left with no other option other than to find a way to get some good work in, while being stuck at home. He has given us a glimpse of his home training setup before, but a recent post to his Instagram shows that he has found a really strong routine using resistance bands, that can really provide some decent training while you are at home.

This workout plan consists of:

  • Chest Presses (10 reps)
  • Standing Rows (10 reps)
  • Single-arm Lateral Raise (10 reps)
  • Incline Chest Flys (10 reps)
  • Seated Lat Pulldowns (10 reps)
  • Reverse Single-Arm Lateral Raises (10 reps)

This is a pretty solid chest and arms workout with resistance bands. Chris is sure to keep his muscles contracted, in order to get the most tension from the bands. Obviously, this is not the greatest workout you could ever do, but for something to do while being stuck inside your house, this will most definitely do the trick.

What do you think of this resistance band workout from Chris Bumstead? What workouts do you enjoy doing the most, when you are unable to go to the gym?
