Eddie Hall made a name for himself in the sport of Strongman but expanded his fame by venturing into the entertainment business. This mainly materialized through his presence on social media, as Eddie grew his following across multiple platforms. However, he has now decided to take it a step further, having shared a post on Instagram where he announced his new TV show named ‘Battle of the Beasts’.

As Eddie Hall revealed in his announcement, the ‘Battle of the Beasts’ will consist of multiple fun activities. So, the competitors will have a chance to compete across an array of standard Strongman events, but also tasks such as eating challenges, sumo wrestling, and more.

The filming of the show will take place in Malta on October 2-4. So, while it is expected to be broadcast later on, those who are interested also have the opportunity to get in-person tickets for the event.

“I’m excited to announce my new TV show ‘Battle of the Beasts’. I’m going to be joined by a number of co-hosts to bring you something extra. Of course, we’ve got the usual deadlift and stone lifting events, but we’ve also got something special.

We have in store for you an eating contest where the guys have to eat as much as they can; a belly flop competition where the athletes get marked down on sound, style, and pain; and sumo wrestling, where the guys battle it out to see who is the alpha,” said Hall.

The Contestants

It is clear that the contestants have a predominantly Strongman background and are some of the biggest and strongest people on earth. So, they will definitely put on a great show in all aspects of the TV show, especially since they all possess a very competitive spirit.
