Hunter Henderson is without a doubt one of the most complete powerlifters to ever grace the scene, but she is determined to further cement her legacy with even more in the near future. In order to do that, Hunter is pushing herself extremely hard in training, which has recently resulted in an Unofficial All-Time Squat W/Wraps World Record of 310 kilograms (683.4 pounds).

Hunter Henderson’s Unofficial Squat All-Time World Record

Hunter Henderson has no weaknesses over the three powerlifting lifts, but her squats are definitely her standout prowess. She is part of only a handful of women who exceeded the 300-kilogram (661.4-pound) squat with wraps.

However, Hunter Henderson is now lifting even more weight, as her recent training session saw her complete a 310-kilogram (683.4-pound) squat with wraps. Apart from the knee wraps, Hunter also used a lifting belt and wrist wraps, as she would in a sanctioned competition.

Hunter Henderson made sure to control the squat on the way down until she reached a depth that would be accepted in a competition. She then started ascending back up, but struggled a lot at the start. However, the weight soon began moving, and Hunter utilized the momentum to easily lock out her squat. In turn, she successfully lifted 5 kilograms (11 pounds) more than the U82.5KG All-Time World Record.
