Jamal Browner is a freakish 25-year-old powerlifter who happens to be the all-time world record holder for the deadlift (44.5kg/971lbs) and total (990kg/2182.5lbs) in the 242lb division (sleeves). Browner also hit a nice squat PR recently with 345kg/760lbs x 2 which is very impressive. So, it would seem 2020 has turned out to be a rather successful year for the college student so far, including the fact that he’s now a Ghost Strong athlete…
Ghost Strong is a company that manufactures powerlifting and Strongman equipment and now they have one of the best up and comers on their roster…
We expect Jamal Browner to continue killin’ it with the big lifts and we truly believe he’s on his way to hitting some big numbers as he mentioned in the above post. Although, he has already done that from what we can see. But he can only go up from here especially since he’s only 25 years old!
