Lauralie Chapados has quickly become the new face of the IFBB Pro League Bikini division. On January 1, 2025, she walked fans through her six-meal full day of eating as she locks down her diet for the 2025 Arnold Classic, set to take place from February 27 to March 2 in Columbus, Ohio.
Lauralie Chapados will aim to accomplish a rare feat when she makes her way to the 2025 Arnold Classic. In October 2024, she cemented herself as the number one Bikini competitor in the world, having outshone former three-time Olympia winner Ashley Kaltwasser in a stunning display to capture her first title.
She now has the chance to win both of the sport’s most prestigious honors in short order. And her odds couldn’t be greater considering Chapados has managed to secure three consecutive Arnold Classic victories from 2022-2024. Below she detailed the diet she’s using to bring an even more refined package to the stage with hopes of becoming a four-time Ms. Bikini International titleholder.

Meal 2

Her next meal had adequate amounts of carbohydrates from her rice cakes, combined with a pudding-like concoction made with protein powder, almond butter, and pumpkin puree.
“We are a little bit under 10 weeks out from the Arnold,” shared Chapados. “I know you guys are always curious about what I eat and all this stuff.
So right now, I again, 10 weeks out from the Arnold, and we started officially prepping around 12 weeks out, so started cleaning things up about 15 weeks out. ”

She enjoyed jasmine rice with an array of vegetables coupled with shredded chicken before her training.
“I am going to take white rice today because I’m going to train in about 30 minutes to an hour, so fast-acting carbs,” she shared. “That’s it, my pre-workout meal and post-workout meal.”
Meal 4

“This is such a refreshing volume meal especially when it’s later at night and you get hungry. I personally get hungry late at night so I love this meal. It’s just more volume and fulfilling. This is how it looks like. It reminds me a little bit of a Subway salad and I love it.”
Meal 6

Her final meal of the day was closer to her bedtime, which was simply eggs on top of a tortilla.
