After the 2019 Mr. Olympia, newcomer Patrick Moore promised his fans some massive improvements. Now he is hitting the gym, putting in the work to make that happen.
By the conclusion of the Olympia, Patrick Moore was being talked about as one of the brightest prospects in all of bodybuilding. It was his debut on the big stage, after only a handful of pro shows. Nevertheless, he captivated viewers when it became clear that he had the potential to become one of the elites. In doing so, he got people wondering if he could be a future Mr. Olympia. Moreover, his size and shape left many making comparisons to the likes of Lee Haney or Ronnie Coleman.
Moore finished the event in tenth place, very respectable considering it was his debut. However, after the event, he promised that he would be working hard and that he would be back better than ever. In fact, he went as far as to say that the next time he competes, he will make the version we just saw of him look amateur. Indeed, it appears that he is living up to his word.
In a recent video, posted to his Instagram, you can see Patrick Moore in the gym, doing some heavy lifting. In the video, he is doing some massive deadlifts. One of his noted weaknesses at the event was the size of his back and legs. Therefore, he says he is looking to change that.
