Phil Heath Reunites With Trainer Hany Rambod For Devastating Shoulder Workout!

Phil smashes his delts with Hany before the FIBO Expo in Cologne, Germany!

After a super long flight to Cologne, Germany, Phil Heath and his coach Hany Rambod joined forces after not having trained together since before the 2018 Olympia and now they’re making up for lost with a killer FST-7 shoulder workout.

The workout started with some side lateral raises, then they jumped into some pretty intense front delt raises, followed by a machine press for overall shoulder development, and some posing in between more shoulder presses with intense partials incorporated in.

Then they finished off with some single arm cable rear delt flyes, and finally, the steering wheel front delt raise where Heath simulated driving a car.

After the brutal training session, Phil Heath had a few words to end with…

 “We just had a lot of fun. This workout here, just fresh off of a 20-hour day where Hany and I were traveling. Layovers, with time in the car and all the other stuff just to get here but you know what, when you’re a true professional, you travel the world but you get your ass in the gym.”
