The legendary Ronnie Coleman who won a record 8 Mr. Olympia titles has been through a lot over the past few years after needing 12 spine surgeries. He was wheelchair-bound and things were looking grim but Coleman hit the gym earlier this year for the first time and he’s been at it ever since.
But Ronnie Coleman recently posted an Instagram video of him standing and doing some reverse tricep pushdowns, which may be a surprising sight to see after he was almost guaranteed he’d never be able to walk again.
Here’s the message he wrote on Instagram…
“Yea, yea, yea, I know what you guys thinking and yes my legs are small.
I’ve been thinking seriously about doing Men’s Fitness just to spice things up a bit so I haven’t been doing much leg training.

Although Ronnie Coleman is only a shadow of his former self, he’s just happy to be doing what he loves again. And he was pretty clear that nothing could stop him!
