The legendary Ronnie Coleman who won a record 8 Mr. Olympia titles has been through a lot over the past few years after needing 12 spine surgeries. He was wheelchair-bound and things were looking grim but Coleman hit the gym earlier this year for the first time and he’s been at it ever since.
But Ronnie Coleman recently posted an Instagram video of him standing and doing some reverse tricep pushdowns, which may be a surprising sight to see after he was almost guaranteed he’d never be able to walk again.
Here’s the message he wrote on Instagram…
“Yea, yea, yea, I know what you guys thinking and yes my legs are small.
I’ve been thinking seriously about doing Men’s Fitness just to spice things up a bit so I haven’t been doing much leg training.
Coleman also mentioned his newly released book ‘Yeah Buddy, My Incredible Story’
Oh and did I mention my new book is finally out. It’s called of all things “Yeah Buddy, My Incredible Story”.
It’s hard cover and you guys can find out at Amazon.com. Anyone who wants a personalized copy can email me personally at [email protected] I’ll be glad to write and inscribe anything you guys want me to inscribe, for a small fee of course. Don’t forget Christmas is right around the corner so these should make nice Christmas presents. Yeah Buddy!!!!!!!!!!“
Although Ronnie Coleman is only a shadow of his former self, he’s just happy to be doing what he loves again. And he was pretty clear that nothing could stop him!
