Whether on stage or in the courtroom, Ronnie Coleman knows how to win. On January 15, 2025, Coleman’s supplement company RCBA Nutraceuticals secured a hefty $15.4 million verdict after a five-week jury trial concluded in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida against Western Packaging Inc. and Polyfirst Packaging Inc.
Ronnie Coleman‘s supplement line, the ‘Ronnie Coleman Signature Series,’ is owned by his company, RCBA Nutraceuticals. RCBA also aims to collect interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs, which would eclipse the $5 million mark.
The case leveled allegations that Western Packaging had committed fraud, deceptive practices, and breach of contract due to its claims that it could effectively manufacture specialized zipped bags for Coleman’s RCBA protein supplements.
The packaging company marketed itself as having extensive experience but outsourced the production to Polyfirst Packaging Inc., which also lacked the expertise in producing these specialized zipper bags. Since the products were faulty and leaked protein powder, they caused major financial damage to RCBA.
