The HYROX tools suite provides everything you need to prepare for, analyze, and improve your HYROX performance. From predicting your finish time based on current fitness benchmarks to generating personalized training plans, these interactive tools are built on data from official HYROX race results.
Start with the Readiness Check to assess your current fitness for HYROX, then use the Finish Time Predictor to set a realistic goal. The Pace Calculator breaks your goal into station-by-station targets, while the Strength Standards tool shows where you rank against other athletes at each station. After your race, use the Result Lookup to find your detailed performance data.
